Join us for a 45min total-body mat pilates class with traditional and modern moves using props such as magic ring, pilates ball, yoga blocks, resistance bands, 2 pound weights! We will use 8 to 12 moves that will be performed with 2 rounds of either sets or 45 seconds to 1 min. This class is designed to create long lean muscles, stability, core, strength training and for all levels! Class cost is $8 and can be paid by cash or credit card before class. Please bring your mat and water bottle. All other equipment provided. If you have not signed a waiver, please arrive a few minutes early to complete the form.
