- A small round for signing (can be watercolor or acrylic brush)
Painting Surfaces:
- 3 canvas panels for your final painting 9×12 or 8×10.
- 3 small canvas panels for color studies – approx. 6×8
Misc.
- 1 Roll of Paper Towels
- Plastic Garbage Bag (grocery store bags)
- 2 or more Palette Knives of different shapes
- Palette to put paint on
*Note: Whatever you use to put your paint on, make sure it is big, so you have room to mix, I like to get a piece of Plexiglas at Lowes (has them already cut) about 16 x 20 (exact size is not important) and put a piece of cardboard under it so it has a neutral surface behind it. It is a bit hard to carry so it is good to have a box to put it in. You can buy a plastic one with a lid at art supply stores.
- Baby Wipes (optional) – Great for clean up
- Small sketchbook for notes and pencil
- Gamsol Odorless Mineral Spirit and container, extra small container (DO NOT USE ANY OTHER KIND)
Please note: Supplies in the area are very limited.
