Oil Painting Class with Landon Bailey Higgins-CLASS IS FULL

This oil painting class will be focused on representing light and exploring color relationships. In the paintings, we will include elements of landscape and still life painting and briefly discuss the historical context of the two genres.

About the artist:
Landon Bailey Higgins (b. 1996, Huntsville, AL) is a painter based in Brooklyn, NY. Higgins received a BA from Hunter College (NYC) and an AAS from Pratt Institute (Brooklyn, NY). Landon’s work has recently been exhibited in group shows and international art fairs in New York, Miami, Copenhagen and Ibiza. Landon has been featured in Hyperallergic, Juxtapoz, among other publications. He is currently represented by Gallery Poulsen in Copenhagen, Denmark.
