Sequence is survey of David Gordon’s work from the early 90s to the present, sketches for Pixar, Nickelodeon and BlueSky Studios; children’s picture books, graphic novels; fine art drawings, and prints. Gordon’s work is devoted to visual storytelling, sometimes as a narrative in a book – or as a collection of stand-alone images that make a progression of visual development, such as work on Monsters Inc, or Spongebob Squarepants. The work includes original drawings in pen, ink, and pencil, giclee and commercial offset lithographic prints, and paintings on paper.
