While researching family genealogy, Margaret was drawn to Ireland. While in residency for 6-8 weeks a year, she spends time walking the Irish countryside and sitting on rocks, feeling the sea breezes kiss her face all to become closer to the land. Her closeness to the land has brought her to the place she is today. Her work is a creative translation of her feelings for the land. Her hope would be that you are able to feel the breezes and sense the passion that she brings to each brush stroke and intense color
