Through the Albany and Old Decatur Historic Districts in Decatur, AL
In December, many of the homes in Decatur’s historic districts open their doors for public tours. The annual Christmas Tour of Homes showcases the Old Decatur Historic District and New Albany Historic District, which contain one of the finest and largest collections of Victorian and early 20th century craftsman and bungalow homes in Alabama. The Christmas Tour of Homes takes place on the second Saturday of December. Local stores and restaurants join in the revelry by offering specials and refreshments.

Tickets:
$15.00 In Advance or Day of Tour
$10.00 per ticket for groups or ten or more

Tickets are available in advanced at Decatur/Morgan County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Bank Street Antiques, Trish Land Designs, Glee Interiors, The Paper Chase, the Carnegie Visual Arts Center, Jimmy Smith Jewelers, and the Princess Theatre. On the day of the tour, tickets can also be purchased at the Old State Bank, the Carnegie Visual Arts Center, the Decatur/Morgan County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Bank Street Antiques, Jimmy Smith Jewelers, and St. John’s Episcopal Church. For groups of ten or more, tickets are $10 each and must be purchased in advance at the Decatur/Morgan County Convention & Visitors Bureau. Proceeds from the tour are used for neighborhood improvements such as tree replenishment and neighborhood public parks restoration.
